Communicating Narrative Edited Images

Here's a selection of edited images from the birthday party narrative task. I've tried to create numerous effects that creat a horror genre style images by using layering, cropping and editing the images in terms of exposure, vibrancy and curves tool. For each image, I tried to apply some knowledge of typical horror style posters and how theyre presented in terms of their colour and how they're set out. I also wanted to create some engima with the images by cropping and by blurring certain parts of the images.
