Work Schedule/Plan

So that we complete our work efftively to the highest standard, as a group we have created  a schedule and plan for our the next couple of months so that  we could see what we needed to do and when for. This would mean none of us will fall behind both as a group when filiming and editing and individually with the auxillary tasks.

Equipment/Props - We've created a simple list of the main things we need before we start filiming, this will make filiming go much more smoothly and will also not waste time:

We then moved on to a week by week plan of actions for when we were goign to complete certain tasks so that we stay on top of the work.

November 4th:

• Preparation - Gather together props and equipment etc.
• Film Plan - Arrange beginning of filming with ourselves and actress.
• Complete Storyboards - Update storyboards so we have a complete narrative
• Update Blogs - Become up to date with blog tasks as a group.

November 11th: 

• Begin Filming (13th November) - Star filming following storyboards.
• Review (14th Novemeber) - Consider how filming went and if anything needs re-doing.
• Prepare Auxillary Tasks - Each consider what tasks we're going to do and how.

November 18th:

• Continue Filming - Still follow storyboards in order to complete film.
• Further Complete Auxillary Tasks - Begun the tasks we've chosen with a clear plan. 

November 25th:

• Complete Fiming - Aim to finish filiming.
• Review Film - Consider what has gone well whilst filming and if anything can be improved.
• Editing - If all complete, move on to beginning editing and putting film together in sections.
• Continue Auxillary Tasks - Continue on with the chosen tasks.

December 2nd: 

• Continue Editing - Aim to have sections of film put togtehr, move on to correcting sound.
• Effects and Filters - Consider whether any effects or filters are needed to improve film.

Deceber 9th:

• Finish Auxillary Tasks - Aim to have both chosen auxillary tasks with any improvements.
• Overall Film Completion - Have film completed nearly with only minor improvements.

December 16th:

• Final Improvements - Looks through all taks and wokr and see if anything needs improving.
• Team Review - See what has gone well and what roles we have completed individually.
